This Agreement applies to all users, regardless of usage frequency, feature access, or device type used to access the app.
All information processing related to your use of Ziarin is completed entirely on your local device, and all data generated or uploaded during use is stored exclusively on your personal device with no transmission to any external systems. When you actively delete data through the app or your device settings, all related content is permanently erased with no residual copies. Ziarin does not collect any facial information from users at any time, for any purpose, or through any feature of the app. The app operates without requiring any user account creation, login credentials, or personal information submission, allowing you to access all core features immediately after installation with no additional steps.

You have the right to access and use all core features of Ziarin without any account creation or personal information submission. You retain full ownership and control over all photos you upload to the app, as well as all styling previews and adjustments you create. You have the right to delete any uploaded content, saved previews, or app related data from your device at any time, with permanent and immediate erasure of all selected content. You also have the right to adjust the app’s settings according to your preferences, including photo access permissions and local storage options.
You have the right to privacy and data security, and Ziarin is committed to protecting your privacy by ensuring no collection of facial information, no transmission of your data to external systems, and no unauthorized access to your local data. The app does not collect any facial information, biometric data, or personal identifiers, and all your data remains under your exclusive control at all times. You also have the right to contact the app’s support team with any questions, concerns, or requests related to the app’s services, usage, or data handling practices.
You agree to use Ziarin only for legitimate, non commercial purposes related to personal ring styling and virtual try on. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any photos you upload to the app are owned by you or that you have obtained all necessary permissions from the original owner of the photos. You agree not to upload any photos that contain illegal, offensive, inappropriate, or infringing content, including but not limited to content that violates the rights of others, is harmful, or violates public norms.
You agree not to attempt to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Ziarin app in any way, including any attempts to access or extract data from the app that is not intended for user access. You also agree not to use the app in any manner that could interfere with its normal operation or damage the app’s functionality. Ziarin does not collect any facial information, and you agree not to use the app to upload photos for the purpose of attempting to extract or collect facial data from others. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and ensuring that no unauthorized person accesses your device or the Ziarin app, as you retain full control over all local data stored on your device.
All data related to your use of Ziarin, including uploaded photos, saved styling previews, and personalized adjustments, is processed and stored exclusively on your local device. All data remains within your device, and you have full and exclusive control over all such data at all times.
Ziarin does not collect any facial information, personal data, or usage data from your device or your interactions with the app. There is no mechanism within the app to collect, extract, or process any facial information from uploaded photos, and no facial recognition, mapping, or feature analysis is performed. When you delete data from the app—whether individual photos, saved previews, or all app related data—the deletion is permanent and immediate, with no residual copies, backups, or retained data of any kind. Uninstalling the Ziarin app from your device will also result in the permanent deletion of all local data related to the app, as no data is stored outside of your device.
All intellectual property rights related to the Ziarin app, including but not limited to the app’s code, design, interface, ring styles, logos, and all other original content, are owned exclusively by the app’s developer. You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the app and its content solely for personal, non commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
This license does not grant you any rights to modify, reproduce, distribute, or use the app’s content for commercial purposes, and you agree not to infringe on any intellectual property rights associated with the app. Ziarin does not collect any facial information, and any photos you upload to the app remain your property.
The developer of Ziarin reserves the right to update or modify this User Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the app’s features, operating practices, or to improve clarity and transparency. Any updates or modifications to this Agreement will be posted within the Ziarin app, and the updated Agreement will take effect immediately upon publication.
All updates to this Agreement will retain the core principles of local only data processing, full user control over data, and no collection of facial information. Ziarin will never modify this Agreement to allow the collection of facial information, data transmission to external systems, or any practices that violate the privacy and control rights of users. Continued use of the Ziarin app after an update to this Agreement constitutes your full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you must cease using the app immediately.
You may terminate your use of Ziarin at any time by uninstalling the app from your device. Uninstalling the app will result in the permanent deletion of all local data related to the app, including uploaded photos, saved previews, and adjustments, with no way to recover such data.
The developer reserves the right to terminate or restrict your use of Ziarin if you violate any terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to uploading illegal or infringing content, tampering with the app’s code, or using the app for prohibited purposes. Termination of use will not result in the collection of any facial information or personal data, as all data remains on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete any copies of the app from your device.
